A NEW pairing cemented their partnership on their first outing together. David Bennett was victorious in the Royal International (RIHS) Welsh section C and D qualifier with Emily Corrie’s chestnut Welsh cob Danaway Benitez before landing the championship. They won their class by a substantial 11 marks.

“I’’ll be contending some workers with him this year,” said David. “I was just having a practise on him today; he was mega. The judge said he never missed a beat all day.”

Reserve was Harrison Taylor and Connemara stallion Skellorn Déjà Vu.
