A meticulous eye for detail and the knack for predicting cultural trends are the strengths of our Dubai-based hostess Rinku Awtani, who truly believes that “great music and something novel to share is what makes for a good party”. But clearly, it doesn’t hurt to have incredible personal style and a conversation-stopping long bob. Our hostess has arranged a beautiful spread of Japanese cheesecakes from Yamanote Atelier, pastries and macarons from the patisserie Shakespeare and Co and French gourmet restaurant Galeries Lafayette all laid out in bespoke silverware. As the ladies share their goals for 2020 and exchange notes on their individual style aesthetic while sipping on some handpicked butterfly pea and lemon grass tea from Rinku’s travels, HELLO! captures the New Year vibe in one of Dubai’s most upscale neighbourhoods, Emirates Hill.
