FREEZER TIP

For Nashville Hot Quinoa Burgers, Mushroom Swiss Burgers, and Bean Lettuce and Tomato Burgers, place in even layer on large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Cover and freeze. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag. Keep in freezer for up to 3 months. Cook according to times listed in recipes.
