A long Weight

One of those items was a ‘long weight’. If I had known it was actually spelt ‘wait’ and not ‘weight’, I wouldn’t have been sucked in. Arriving back at the workshop half an hour later, I was greeted with much laughter.

At the time I wasn’t impressed but I have found over the years that a ‘long wait’ is an asset when I’m bowhunting. Patience is at the heart of many successful bowhunts – and a lack of it is the ruin of so many more.
