For the younger generation of epicures, the opening of Bloom might not be as significant compared to the more experienced Makati gourmand. The idea of a new restaurant in a mall might not be a cause for much attention, maybe even the entire mall complex as a whole, with so many other newer culinary areas outside of Greenbelt.
