YAMAHA MUSICCAST SYSTEM

Most wireless multiroom systems have a small and self-contained set of products — several sizes of wireless speakers, a streamer to add to your hi-fi, a ‘just-add-speakers’ streaming amplifier. Many have added a soundbar as part of this ecosystem. But Yamaha has done something rather different with its own wireless multiroom system, which is called MusicCast. Yamaha has treated this more as a platform than a product in itself, and from its first launch the company promised to include MusicCast in as many of its products as possible, not simply a small dedicated range.
