Caprivi, here we come!

The van Rensburgs love to drive and camp, and when Pieter and his wife, Magda, get the chance, that’s exactly what they do. They drive to the Cape at least three times a year to visit their daughter, and according to Pieter, they have taken every possible route there.

Then their family tackles a long tour once a year, and there are few places in South Africa where they have not yet been. They know Mozambique from Ponta do Ouro right through to Beira and have driven along the dirt roads from Pafuri to Vilankulos. They have been to Lesotho, Swaziland, the Victoria Falls and have visited Botswana several times – from Mabuasehube to the Central Kalahari, Moremi, Chobe
