Muscle & Fitness Hers South Africa

Publisher’s Note

TICK TOCK…

e are heading into March and it feels as if we just got back to the office after the holiday break last in South Africa, we are incredibly proud of the work we’ve done, but also know there is a lot more to do to cement and maintain our position as the authority in this space and we are grateful that you have shared this journey with us. The media landscape has changed so much over the past 2 years and we are privileged to have some of the best writers on earth that fill these pages as well as our digital platforms with tons of useful and helpful content. So, as we say goodbye to Q1 (pretty much) and nearly start bracing for a winter that’ll hopefully not be filled with load-shedding. Take a break and have that late-night braai outside with friends and family, go for that early morning run, “buy those shoes” as they say.
