Hungarian paprika-spiced cauliflower soup

In this soup (called karfiolleves in Magyar), cauliflower is traditionally cooked in a paprika broth. Roasting it first, however, gives the soup greater flavour. Nokedli are Hungarian mini dumplings on which are delicious fried in butter and scattered on top.
