MINI VANILLEKIPFERL WITH SESAME ICING

MAKES 30 BISCUITS READY IN 1 HR 25 MIN

125g unsalted butter, softened
100g castor sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
250g plain flour
1 tbsp ground ginger

For the decoration

1-2 tbsp lemon juice
75g icing sugar, sifted
2 tbsp white sesame seeds

1 Heat the oven to 150°C. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla till light and smooth, then beat in the egg yolks. Stir in the flour and ginger.
