On top of SPAGHETTI

If you want dinner on the table in 15 minutes, it’s hard to look beyond pasta and sauce. And for the simplest, most crowd-pleasing version, that Italian favourite, spaghetti aglio e olio, using garlic and oil, is a winner every time. We decided to give this easy dish a new lease on life, by using it as a base to showcase some of spring’s freshest ingredients. Delizioso!
