There are always two things going on at the same time in our weird, modern, crazy and hyper-connected busy life.

Number one is that we’re moving and shaking and caring about our kids and saving the planet and paying the bills and trying to be time-efficient and go, go, go. And on the other hand, we’re also supposed to be doing self-care (a term that always reminds me of fabric softener) and being bloody calm.

How in the bejeezus are you supposed to do both?
