Most of us spend more time seated at our desk than doing physical exercise. Most of might like that statement reversed so that we spend more time being active and less time sitting! However, the reality for most of us is that our desk job pay the bills and enable us to do the activities we enjoy the most (mountain biking) at weekends and on holidays.
So what can we do to try to overcome the eight hours of sitting each day so that come the weekend we are primed and ready to hit the trails?
