Secret Squirrel Stretching

WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF IT: WE get back from a great ride, grab a coffee and then sit down for a while (or in some cases quite a long time) to chat all things bikes. Meanwhile, our bodies slowly get colder and our muscles contract.
