WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF IT: WE get back from a great ride, grab a coffee and then sit down for a while (or in some cases quite a long time) to chat all things bikes. Meanwhile, our bodies slowly get colder and our muscles contract.
If you have been sitting for a while, you will know the feeling of standing up and thinking, "Oh my poor legs, they feel really stiff".
There are ways to incorporate a few sneaky stretches into this café time without anyone even noticing that you are in fact stretching.
