‘I Live In Fear Of Being Touched’

i ’m paralysed by fear at the thought of having to socialise or attend family gatherings. During these events, social decorum dictates that you have to reach out and greet the other person by shaking hands as a gesture of respect but for me this simple act is an absolute nightmare.
