There’s no such thing as a typical work day for Nicola Galloway. She divides her time between developing recipes, writing a food column for a national audience, styling and photographing artisan food and offering her cooking workshops around New Zealand.

Nicola’s developed a loyal following on. Her latest cookbook, of the same name, has been four years’ work, but really it’s been 18 years in the making, she says.
