OFF THE leash

While imposing his usual savagely unrealistic deadline, the head zookeeper ordered me to write about what it means to be a Zag reader. I don’t know why he insists on being so difficult. Why can’t he ask me to write about something simple, like why I keep going out with women who don’t like the beach or how my career as a shaper ended prematurely when the longboard ended up as a kneeboard.
