he session took place on an epic wave on the NSW South Coast. A few guys from Cronulla and I had been watching the predicted swell like hawks from a week out. We often find ourselves getting excited early for incoming swells, only to be disappointed a few days out when it changes, or even on the day when it just doesn’t show up.
