We’ve combined two winning bazaar recipes (pancakes with cinnamon sugar and pumpkin fritters) to make this fantastic treat. It’s sure to become a new favourite!

♥ 250ml cooked and puréed pumpkin♥ 165g (350ml) cake flour♥ 1ml baking powder♥ 1ml salt♥ 3 large eggs, beaten♥ 250ml full cream milk♥ 125ml water♥ 60ml melted butter, cooled♥ sunflower oil, for frying♥ cinnamon sugar, to serve♥ lemon or lime wedges, to serve
