In today’s hustling, busy world, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day activities relating to our professional business career. It is therefore of paramount importance to have various activities that will support our physical and mental health. Recently, I had the chance to re-connect to nature in the Slovenian Alps – which in return gave me a sense of calm.
