Q How do you inspire your clients to stick with their training?

A Very simply, if a client’s struggling to be consistent, I under-assign the workload. That way, I ensure that every workout’s a success. I never burn them out early on; instead, I make them feel like the program’s repeatable day in and day out, so in time it becomes habitual, a part of everyday life.
