3-INGREDIENT pancakes

SERVES 2

1½ cups rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, to serve
Blueberry compote (see tip)
Fresh fruit (banana, blackberries)

1. Place the rolled oats in a blender until you reach a fine flour consistency.
