You’ve been living under a wellbeing rock if you haven’t heard of the ketogenic diet, a low-carb, high-fat approach that fans claim can drive weight loss and boost health. Evans’ tip for starting on the approach? “The formula is very simple,” he says. “Take a piece of well-sourced meat – grass fed and organic – or seafood that’s wild caught and sustainable, or some organic free-range eggs. Cook it in good-quality fat – tallow, lard, duck fat, coconut oil, olive oil – then add a salad or low-carb vegie side and a delicious sauce or dressing. Season everything well.” Alright Pete, let’s get cooking, shall we?
