MAKES 9 PREPARATION & COOKING 1 HOUR

2 tablespoons high-grade flour
1 egg
55g melted butter

DOUGH

2½ cups high-grade flour
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast

GLAZE

1 egg
1 tablespoon a2 MilkTM by AnchorTM

1 STARTER. In a small saucepan, whisk together the first measure of milk and flour until smooth. Cook over a low heat, whisking continuously for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture forms
