Orange chocolate cake

Ready in 1 hour 10 minutes plus cooling time | Serves 12

50g butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Zest 1 large orange
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda

¼ cup orange marmalade
