Chai-Spiced Coconut Cashew Granola
Makes 4 cups
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup raw cashew pieces
⅓ cup uncooked millet
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon fine salt
