For Wizards of Waverly Place actor David Henrie, his initial encounter with former Miss Delaware Maria Cahill was nothing short of magical.

The two first connected at an event in Los Angeles, when David, 27, offered up his sweater to a chilly Maria, 26, who was only in town for 24 hours. “I flew back to New York City, not giving him a second thought,” Maria admits. A reunion for the Disney alum, whose former costars, including Selena Gomez and Jake T. Austin, joined in on the festivities. “All of my closest friends and family were there,” David says. “It was a very joy-filled room, and we were all celebrating something that should be celebrated.”
