SHOWDETAILS APP: WORLDWIDE COLLECTIONS JUST A TAP AWAY

2018 is a year of revolution for publisher Showdetails which, founded in 2005, offers comprehensive reporting from the Milan, Paris, New York and London runways in i ts Showdetails and Showdetails Riser magazines. The first step for this, a web portal to work with and research men’s and women’s shows from around the world. This new, more intuitive platform has pushed the company to think even bigger, aiming for an increasingly pop product usability. A newly created app allows users to view the major international collections in real time on iOS and Android. The app was released to coincide with the A/W 2018.19 shows. The Showdetails app is a quick and easy portal. Divided into three main sections (Designers, Seasons and Latest), it gives users the chance to quickly and easily view the major collections, with high resolution images and an option to zoom in to see details up close and clear. Another excellent feature are the Calendar and Magazines sections. The former shows the fashion calendar and the myriad related institutional events, while the second showcases the publisher’s highly specialised magazines for sale.
