As a teenager I was obsessed with them. I didn’t really see it as “horror”, I saw it as a battle between good and evil – the same as , which had captured my imagination for as long as I could remember. It’s fair to say that I’ve always been more interested in the more “fantastical” elements of horror and scary stories – brutality has never been appealing, but Zsa Zsa Gabor getting sliced by a supernatural dream-stalker on a late-night talk show is, seemingly, fine.
