They may be rich and glamorous, but in many ways celebrities are just like us – and that means they also feel the same insecurities.

‘I used to be scared to hold up coach Kelly Rowland. ‘People would be like, “Oh my God, she looks so masculine.” I feel strong, I’m not ashamed of that. I can remember when I lifted my arms in a [photo] shoot, and I held it. It felt so good.’ After giving birth twice, Hilary Duff says motherhood has given her a whole new appreciation for her body. ‘I really try to treat my body well – and my mind,’ she reveals. ‘I’m so grateful that I’m strong and my body’s there for me.’
