Trip of a Lifetime
‘Who knew that the collective noun for a group of zebras is a dazzle?’
Touching down in a teeny weeny plane on the strip of land known as Olkurruk Mara, our first sight out of the window is a handful giraffes and zebras who had been shooed off the runway a few minutes before our arrival. We are greeted by Geoff, our personal wildlife ranger, who starts to share his incredible knowledge about the local flora and fauna within minutes, filling our brains with fabulous facts.
Who knew that the collective noun for a group of zebras is a dazzle? And while you may see a tower of giraffes standing still, it’s a journey of giraffes if they’re on the move.
