Compared to my neighbors, my shop space is immaculate—something they say they aspire to. I look at it and cringe, however, because I just see a mess. My 1,200–square-foot shop comfortably holds two cars, all my tools, parts for various projects, and a random collection of stuff I know I’ll never use.
