Blacksmith mushroom burger with charred pepper pesto

Before we hit the road on our Beer Country journey, our Landy, Thirsty, needed some love. Between our braai gear, tent, tables and ten thousand potjie pots, she needed extra storage space. Our mates at Root Form Blacksmiths sorted her out and we sorted them out with these monster mushroom burgers.
