LOOKING FORWARD TO FESTIVE FUN WITH THEIR CHILDREN THE DUKE AND DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE TELL OF MAKING MINCE PIES AND OTHER TRADITIONS AS THEY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS WITH THE QUEEN IN NORFOLK
‘George has written his list for Father Christmas. We might get him something to do with drawing or football’ The Duke
With three excitable young children, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are all set for a fun-filled festive period as they join the Queen and other members of the royal family at Sandringham. Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and 20-month-old Prince Louis are the perfect age to enjoy the build-up to the big day and will no doubt be delighted to follow the family’s tradition of adding decorations to the treeon TV. “We were talking about doing mince pies this year,” Prince William says. “I love mince pies. If the children are going to cook mince pies, then I’m happy to do that.” Meanwhile, on a visit to homelessness charity The Passage, of which he is patron, the proud father said: “George has already written his list for Father Christmas. “He loves his drawing. He’s a very good drawer. We might get him something to do with drawing or football. He’s loving his football as well.”
