THE COUNTESS OF WESSEX AND LADY LOUISE STICK TO THEIR STRENGTHS
It’s never too early to start tackling the demands of life as a royal – just ask 16-year-old Lady Louise Windsor. The teen made a surprise appearance at England Hockey’s training grounds at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Buckinghamshire, pitching in to help her mother the Countess of Wessex. Louise, a hockey fan who was photographed alongside Sophie at the final of the sport’s Women’s World Cup in London in 2018, appeared delighted to talk tactics and Olympic preparations with some of the hockey stars who will represent Great Britain at the Tokyo Games this summer. She also showed off her own stick skills, practising hitting and passing with members of the women’s team (above right and right). Mum and daughter then watched female players in action in a training match.
