IN January 2018, a man and his grandson stumbled upon the charred remains of a young woman in a sugar cane field. The barely recognisable body was that of Siam Lee, a 20-year-old who had worked as an escort in Durban and had been missing for a week. Her final hours can only be described as harrowing.
