How to dry TURMERIC

IT WAS turmeric harvest season in my backyard patch recently, and I dug over six kg of the bright rhizomes. Since then I’ve been turning it into a rich orange, aromatic powder. Here are the steps to follow.
1. BOILING THE RHIZOMES
Cleaning:
Use a scrubbing brush to clean off all the soil and any loose skin from the rhizomes. You will need to separate the rhizome into smaller bits as you scrub.
