    200g cooked chestnuts
    75g caster sugar
    50ml single cream

    For the chocolate cake

    110g self-raising flour75g cocoa powder2 eggs150g caster sugar1tspn vanilla essence75ml vegetable oil125ml buttermilk125ml hot instant coffee
