Springtime INVITATION

SHERRY COSMOPOLITAN

SERVES 6

350ml cranberry juice
60ml fino sherry
225ml vodka
225ml Cointreau Juice of 2 limes, plus
1 cut into 6 wedges
6-7 ice cubes
Crushed ice

1 Combine the cranberry juice, sherry, vodka and Cointreau in a large jug. Squeeze in the lime juice and stir well. Add the ice cubes and set aside until the ice has melted. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Half fill six glasses with crushed ice. Pour in the chilled cocktail and add a lime wedge to each. Give each glass
