CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PALETAS

Makes 6

• flesh of 2 ripe avocados
• 3/4 cup (60g / 2.1oz) raw cacao
• 1 cup (240ml / 8.1 fl oz) – 1 1/4 cups (300ml / 10.1 fl oz) milk of your choice
• 1/2 cup (120ml / 4 fl oz) maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• pinch of salt

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, starting with 1 cup of milk. Blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if the mixture is too thick. It should be about the texture of chocolate mousse.
