Talk to Orrin Hudson and you’ll hear frequent motivational phrases. “Taking is for losers, giving is for winners,” says Hudson, founder of Be Someone (besomeone.org), an organization based in Stone Mountain, Georgia, that teaches chess to at-risk kids.
