‘My customer feedback button generates £2m a year’

THE IDEA

I’d been running my own technology marketing agency since I was 24. We had big customers such as Microsoft and part of the job was finding out how happy they were with our service. But we were dealing with busy people who don’t have time to fill in long email surveys. So the seed of an idea formed for a way of getting feedback that’s easy for the customer through an integrated feedback button (gold, green, amber, red) that’s included in every email sent to a customer.
