    SIR George Fistonich founded New Zealand’s largest, fully family-owned winery in 1961. I sat down recently to interview the owner of Winestate’s New Zealand Wine Company of the Year award for 2019. The insights and anecdotes flowed - together with a wee bit of chardonnay - and somehow a half-hour chat ran to two hours.
