Sweet miso pork
Slow-cooked with a glaze that makes it sweet, sour and deliciously sticky.
SERVES 6 PREP 10 MINS COOK 6HRS 15 MINS
✱ 1.2-1.5kg pork shoulder, boned and rolled, skin scored
FOR THE GLAZE
✱ 250g pack sweet white miso paste
(we used Clearspring from Ocado)
✱ 50ml soy sauce
✱ 100g runny honey
✱ 75ml mirin (Japanese rice wine)
