Bitter chocolate tart

TAKES 55min, plus chilling and cooling SERVES 8-10

INGREDIENTS  Flour, for dusting  300g all-butter shortcrust pastry  1 egg yolk, lightly beaten  100ml whole milk  225ml double cream  2tbsp caster sugar  200g 70% dark chocolate  100g milk chocolate  Large pinch of salt  2 eggs  Cocoa powder, crushed pistachios and walnuts and ice cream to serve

1 Roll out the pastry to a 3mm thick disc on a lightly floured surface. Use it to line a 23cm tart tin. Prick the base and chill for 20min. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/Fan 160ºC/Gas 4.

Line the pastry with baking
