Scott Van Rixel, CEO of Bhang, is one of the people putting diversity at the forefront of his business practice.

Thinking of how his daughter may perceive him, Van Rixel set out to defy the obvious sexual connotation that one may associate with the name Bhang. Van Rixel makes it clear that a woman’s body should not be exploited or used for marketing purposes. Samantha Collins, CMO of Bhang, says that point was made clear within the first few hours of her career with the company.
