NATURAL REMEDIES FOR SNUFFLES AND SNEEZES

The following are made using some ingredients you can get from your garden and they may offer some symptom relief for winter colds.

ROSE HIP REMEDIES

Rose hips have long been valued for their vitamin C and A content (they were once used as a treatment for scurvy!) and are rich in antioxidants. They make delicious nurturing drinks and preserves – a good reason not to dead-head all of your roses!

I like to use the hips of my wild roses (dog-rose, ) that scrambles up the wall of my house. All rose hips are fine for these recipes.
