The Afghan government was pleased. The Taliban weren't. President Trump abruptly canceled secret peace talks scheduled for Sunday at Camp David between the US, Afghan, and Taliban leaders. Critics call it another example of Mr. Trump's erratic diplomacy, comparing it to the fruitless meetings with North Korea's leader.
