A Weakened Tropical Depression Barry Creeps North, But Heavy Rain Remains A Concern
Forecasters estimate rainfall over south-central Louisiana at about 3 to 6 inches, and isolated maximum rainfall could reach up to 10 inches, posing potential "dangerous, life-threatening flooding."

Though life-threatening flooding still poses a threat to Louisiana, weakening winds on Sunday marked Barry's downgrade from a tropical storm to a tropical depression.
The National Weather Service forecasts that the center of the storm will continue to move through northwest Louisiana toward Arkansas on Sunday night.
