NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16: What to know and who to watch

Cinderella didn't show up to the NCAA Tournament this year.

It's a chalky Sweet 16.

The first two rounds have produced few upsets, leaving the bracket mostly with seeds 1 through 4. The only lower-seeded team is No. 12 Oregon.
